We are a small, friendly medical centre, situated in Topcliffe village five miles from the centre of Thirsk in the Ripon direction, with high standards and ease of access to see the doctor:

Walk-in surgeries daily for those who prefer to come without an appointment to see either the GP or the nurse. Patients arriving during the advertised hours are seen in order of arrrival. L
Appointment surgeries for those who prefer to book. Appointments can be booked on the day, the previous day or even a month or two ahead. L
Small car park and plenty of on-road parking nearby

The Surgery building is open from 8.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m and from 1.30 p.m. until 6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, except on Thursdays when the Surgery remains closed from 12.30 p.m. As with other health centres we do not open on Saturdays or Bank Holidays.

Our premises are purpose built on two floors, with a waiting room and consulting rooms on each floor. The Health Visitor's room and a patient toilet with nappy changing facilities are upstairs. Patients unable to climb the stairs are always seen downstairs, where there is also a patient toilet with access for the disabled.

We are able to dispense medication on the premises for the majority of our patients.
