The above all work in the Surgery on a regular basis. Additional team support is also provided in the community by Health Visitors, District Nurses, Care Managers, Community Psychiatric Nurses, Specialist Nurses, Social Workers etc. employed by North Yorkshire and York Primary Care Trust, South Tees Foundation Hospitals NHS Trust or North Yorkshire County Council.
