IT System Update

Owing to an update to IT Systems at Topcliffe Surgery, the “Patient Access” App will soon stop working. The “NHS” App should be used instead to order your medication. Please download this ASAP and link your app to the Surgery. Help can be found at  You can also send us a message on our website to order your medication or submit queries.

The change in IT Systems will allow better communication with local services, improving efficiency and optimising patient care. We thank you for your patience during this important transition.
