Weight Management

If you’re overweight, losing even a small amount of weight has many health benefits. Making small, simple changes to what and how much you are eating and drinking, and being physically active, can really help you lose the pounds, boost your mood and improve your overall well-being.

There are many different forms of FREE weight management support available via the NHS – information about two of the most popular options can be found below.

Interested? Send us an admin query with your height and weight, and we’ll call you back to discuss your eligibility and preferences. Or speak to any of our reception / clinical team for advice on how to access support – we will be happy to help.
